CRM Comparison: Weighing Pros and Cons of Sage CRM, Infor CRM, and Salesforce

With hundreds of solution on the market to manage sales, marketing, and customer service, the best CRM solution for any one organization comes down to more than just features. Even when weighing a choice between just two solutions like Sage CRM and Salesforce, the decision is not necessarily easy as price, data integration, add-on solutions, mobility, and customization all become relevant factors.

Any system can be a “great or a bad experience,” and one size does not fit all when it comes to software platforms, said Alicia Anderson, business solutions experience manager at Blytheco in a recent webcast that compared three popular solutions – Sage CRM, Infor CRM, and Salesforce.
